MOD Security tenders
Security tenders are published across the world to keep infrastructure, businesses and global citizen’s safe. There are more security tenders published now than ever before.

MOD Guard Service (MGS)
The MOD is extremely interested in working with those in the defence sector. The MOD Guard Service (MGS) provides unarmed guarding services at over 100 sites across the MOD estate in England, Scotland and Wales. They offer a range of services:
- access control
- security searches
- patrolling including dog patrols
- control room management including CCTV and alarm monitoring
- conference and event security
- first aid
- fire marshals
To provide the most efficient service, the MGS works closely with other security partners from the private sector.
New Opportunities
The latest Defence Equipment Plan has stated that £178 billion will be spent over the next decade. This budget includes planned spending on a variety of security and counter-terrorism related projects.
