The aim of the procurement is to award a non-exclusive parallel framework agreement to a minimum of two (2) and up to five (5) tenderers. The contract will be valid for two (2) years, with an option to extend for one (1) year at a time up to a maximum total of four (4) years.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement:
Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM) will enter into a framework agreement with tenderers who can assist with security assessments of the property and infrastructure portfolio in SPU. NBIM would like to enter into a framework agreement with a minimum of two (2) and up to five (5) tenderers.
NBIM has established processes for mapping the security level in unquoted property and infrastructure investments. The aim is to ensure that investments with a high security risk are identified, assessed and dealt with in accordance with NBIM’s framework for risk management. The tenderers will assist NBIM with the process for security assessments of NBIM’s unquoted property and infrastructure investments. The services will include a value assessment of the investment, a threat assessment of the location, and a vulnerability assessment of the investment.
The contract will be validated for two (2) years, with an option to extend for one (1) year at a time up to a maximum of four (4) years. The estimated contract value is 2 000 000 NOK -3 500 000 NOK. This is only an estimate and the value can, therefore, deviate from the estimate.

Documentation requirement: company registration certificate from the register of business enterprises, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
2) Requirement for Norwegian companies only: tenderers must practice their business in accordance with Norwegian laws and regulations on payment and reports on tax and duties.
Documentation requirement: tax certificate, not older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for submitting a tender in the contest.
