An institute wants a supplier to develop a thorough Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and a disaster recovery plan.
You should be able to update the Business Continuity Management (BCM) policy and framework BCP deliverables including:
the business impact analysis report
the risk and vulnerability assessments report
the BCM strategies
the crisis and emergency response plans
the recovery and restoration plans
BCM training sessions for the relevant champions on BCP documentation, review and administration
a customised BCM user manual
the BCM post-implementation review report after 3 months with closure recommendations and assistance
