Following the attacks of 2.3.2018 in Ouagadougou on the military headquarters and the French embassy, a negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice (Article 134.1.c of the implementing rules) was launched to enhance the security of the delegation and its agents through armed site protection and close protection.
