THIS IS A SOURCES-SOUGHT SYNOPSIS FOR PLANNIN PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR PROPOSALS OR BIDS, AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.
PURPOSE OF THIS SPECIAL NOTICE:
US AFRICOM will be hosting African Endeavor 2019 in Accra, Ghana, from 19-23 August. African Endeavor is an annual senior leader and communications symposium designated to encourage interoperability and advance national cyber strategy, across African partner nations.
As part of the symposium, there will be a three-day technology exposition 20-22 August designed for industry exhibitors to showcase the latest in emerging technologies. This event provides opportunity to network with senior communicators from over 40 African nations.
For planning purposes, we are gathering information on potential business or commercial entities that may be interested in participating in the event. Interested parties may send their intent to participate to the following e-mail addresses:

Please respond and include your company name, point of contact information, your interest in exhibiting/demonstrating your products or services, and indicate whether US or non-US business entity.
State in the subject line: “Africa Endeavor 2019” and your company name.
USAFRICOM intends to allow the maximum number of industry exhibitors to participate with exhibitor displays available on a first come first served basis. In addition to exhibitor displays, we are looking for radio experts to speak on a panel regarding specifications needed to achieve interoperability across various platforms.
