The 144 Fighter Wing Fresno, Air National Guard – is seeking installation of an Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) Barrier to existing Fence Line, IAW to the SOW. This solicitation W912LA-18-T-6032 is 100% set aside for small business IAW DFARS 219.502-2(a)(i). If there is an after hour point of contact, please include in quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238990 and the small business size standard is $15M. The Disclosure of Magnitude for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000 IAW FAR 36.204(c). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities Web Site at on or about 24 July 2018. Paper copies will not be available. You may download the solicitation and email your quote in. A site visit will be required to quote on this project. There will be only one site visit. The site visit will take place on 1 August 2018 at 0930am to meet at the West gate on McKinley Ave. All contractors that wish to attend the site visit are required to contact the above personnel before the site visit date, preferably by e-mail.
