A Joint Effort – Integrating Advanced Materials onto Military Platforms

This Defence and Security Accelerator (DASA) competition is looking for innovative joining technologies that enable the use of advanced materials and/or designs on military platforms in land, sea and air environments.

This is a parallel competition between the UK and Australia.

Phase 1 of the campaign has £500k available through DASA to fund multiple proposals. It is anticipated that additional funding will be available for further phases. This campaign will be supported in Australia by the Australian Defence Science and Technology Group (DST Group) Next Generation Technologies Fund and Small Business Innovation Research for Defence (SBIRD) in a parallel competition with separate funding.

You will need to register for the DASA Submission Service to submit a proposal.

Phase 1 will close for submission of proposals at midday on Friday 01 February 2019.

Queries should be sent to accelerator@dstl.gov.uk
