Contract Description:
The objective of this solicitation is to establish the maintenance, inspection and repair requirements of Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center’s (MARMC) Port Security Barrier design with parallel pontoons (PSB-P) located in the Norfolk, VA area. The Contractor shall be responsible for inspecting for condition; and the receipt, inventory, scheduling and execution of maintenance, repair, excessing and modification of the Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) security barriers at Norfolk. The Contractor shall comply with the most current version of Standard Item 009-72 and any other applicable NAVSEA Standard Item, as required. The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining appropriate qualifications to operate all ancillary equipment and support vehicles to accomplish barrier maintenance and repairs. In addition, the Contractor shall provide repair-related management reports, maintenance of technical publications libraries, support equipment (SE) licensing, tool control, insurance, and quality assurance in support of this tasking.
